• Payment metadata via Razorpay (we never store card details)

To operate the Service, process payments, enforce usage limits, improve AI quality, and communicate with you.

3. AI processing

Prompts are sent to our third-party AI providers for processing under enterprise agreements that prohibit training on your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure and AI service providers strictly to deliver the Service, and when required by law.

5. Retention

Account and generation data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion anytime.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use row-level security, encrypted transport, and secret rotation. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to security@fameorbit.app.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13.
