Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once usage begins in a billing period. If you experience a billing error or technical issue that prevented access, email support@fameorbit.app within 7 days for a review.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will be downgraded to the free tier.

Disputes

For payment disputes, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
